Position control (the output amount equals the number of rotations) and torque control (the pressing pressure equals the pressure) are performed during operation. FQM1 can also be applied to torque control applications for extruding and pressing.

The FQM1 high-speed control cycle enables various speed controls required in production equipment such as molding machines (injection speed, mold clamping/mold opening, screw turning speed, etc.) to be programmed in detail. In particular, high-precision control is achieved by incorporating feedback using analog input, servo drive SPED commands, and analog output.
