Easy system
design!
A linear output of approximately 1.6 V/mm is obtained with the analog output type. For example, a change in output of approximately 160 mV occurs when the distance changes by 100 µm. A large output is obtained with respect to small displacements, and thus high-precision processing is not necessary.

An ON/OFF output
type is also available. A type where the ON/OFF position is set with the distance setting control is also available. |
