Design Support Consultancy To provide proposal/guidance for improvement from various aspects including standards & regulations and engineering. This may also include training and assessment to understand the situation.
  Programming  To create a program based on specifications submitted by a user or support a user in creating a program.
  Proof of Application 
Support for judgement of performance feasibility, measurement of takt time and issuance of reports by using customer's workpiece samples and actual robot.
Installation Support Start Up
To install, configure, and adjust equipment at the customer's site when products and applications are introduced.
Maintenance Support
Inspection and Health Check
To inspect a customer machine (and OC products installed on it) in each case and check for its operation status.
  Field Service 
To provide any necessary technical support to fix a problem occurred in a customer machine (and OC products installed on it). This includes an investigation of failure cause and on-site product repair.
  Maintenance Contract
To provide multiple services related to maintenance. The period and the number of times is determined, and service contract is made to provide support.
